Billing and Adding Work Orders to Your Plan

What happens to your subscription during and after the Work Order trial.

During the trial

The trial is free to use for 60 days from the day your workspace opts in. Your subscription isn't changed automatically - opting in to the trial doesn't add any charges, and nothing on your plan changes unless you take further action.

While the trial is active, everyone in your workspace can see Work Orders, including end users - not just admins. This is a workspace-level setting, not something enabled per user. If you’d like recommendations on guidance to send end users who may see this for the first time, see our best practices for trials and end users

At the end of the trial

When your 60 days are up, the Work Order templates you were testing are disabled unless you've added Work Orders to your plan. Your existing Work Order data isn't deleted - if you re-enable Work Orders later (by upgrading), your history is still there. Need more time? Reach out to our team for options.

Adding Work Orders to your plan

To keep using Work Orders after the trial, you'll need to opt in to a paid subscription. Meet with your account manager to review pricing and get set up before your trial ends.
