Checking equipment in at another location

Manage Items and Kits that are checked out at one location but checked in at another

Equipment often moves between locations, even in a Check-out. For example: you’ve checked out 3 monitors from your warehouse, but now you decide to keep them at your headquarters.

 

Configuration

Allow to check in equipment at another location

  1. Go to your Settings in the bottom left corner of your screen

  2. Click Add-ons

  3. Scroll down to Check-outs, then click Settings

  4. Choose to Allow check-in at other location

  5. Click Save in the top-right corner

Checking in across locations

  1. Click Check-outs, then click an open Check-out

  2. Use the checkboxes to select any of the items in the Equipment list (optional)

  3. Use the Check-in dropdown button

  4. Click Check-in at location
