Cheqroom Workflow Use Case: Self-Service Check Out

There are many ways to configure Cheqroom to meet your specific needs. Let's explore one common workflow. 

The Use Case:  Front Desk Agents, assign and prepare gear for end users. End users are empowered to check gear out and in on their own.

User Roles/Permissions for this Workflow:

1. Front Desk Agent: The Front Desk Agent role is a default role already built in Cheqroom. Users with this role can create and fulfill bookings for anyone. The most important permissions for this role are the ability to manage user, manage any reservation and manage any check out

2. End User (Self Check Out): *Please note* - This will be a custom role; custom roles are not included in all of our legacy plans. See below for the recommended permissions for this user role. The most important permissions for this role are the ability to manage only own reservations and check outs
