FAQ: Can a request route to more than one approver?

Yes. Approved requests can pass to a second approval step. 

For example: For a university client, student requests go to the class instructor first, then to the warehouse for final sign-off. Instructors only see requests for their own classes. The warehouse signs off on every request. Multi-step approvals are set up with our team.
