FAQ: How do approvers know a request is waiting for approval?

Approvers get notified by email when a request needs review. Similarly, requesters are notified via email that their request is under review. You can also copy other contacts, like a warehouse lead, on the approval and every update.

Note: As part of your Approvals request form, be sure to note any specific email notification preferences on the form.
