How do I force my users to check / scan Items one-by-one for a Check-out?

Requiring your users to go through a check-list of equipment, either with their mobile app scanner or by hand

Require equipment checklist

  • Navitage to Settings in the bottom left corner of your screen and click Add-ons.

 

 

  • Next, make sure Check-outs is set to Activate and then click Settings. 

 

  • Enabled the Require equipment to be checked/scanned at checkin option and then click Save. 

Note: Turning on this module doesn't mean check-ins or outs can no longer be done manually. Since the scanner or camera of the mobile phone might get damaged, users should still be allowed to check their items in and out.
