      How do I force my users to check / scan Items one-by-one for a Check-out?

      Requiring your users to go through a check-list of equipment, either with their mobile app scanner or by hand

      Require equipment checklist

      • Go to your Settings in the bottom left corner of your screen

      • Click Add-ons

      • Go to Check-outs, next click Settings

      • Enabled the Require equipment to be checked/scanned option

      • Don't forget to hit Save when you're done

      Note: Turning on this module doesn't mean check-ins or outs can no longer be done manually. Since the scanner or camera of the mobile phone might get damaged, users should still be allowed to check their items in and out.
