How do I turn off the automatic generation of QR codes on new equipment?

Disable QR codes being generated by default

In Cheqroom, we automatically generate QR codes for every item you add to your inventory. Prefer to use your own barcodes? Just turn the QR code generator off in your Settings:

  • Navigate to Settings and click General.



  • Scroll down to Codes and uncheck the Auto generate QR codes and then click Save.
