How to Access your Billing Details and Invoice
While our in-app "Billing Details" section is under maintenance, here is how you can get your billing and invoice details.
Contacting Billing Support
If you need to get in contact with the billing department, you can reach out to them directly via email. Here are the steps to follow:

Email the Billing Team: Send your inquiry to billing@cheqroom.com. Make sure to include all relevant details regarding your billing questions or issues.

Provide Your Account Details: When contacting billing, include your workspace ID and any other relevant information that can help us assist you more effectively. To expedite your request, you may also want to include any change in payment details or billing contact.
If you are unable to view your billing details through your account, it may be due to ongoing updates to the billing system. In such cases, contacting the billing team directly is the best course of action.
