How do I Log in and/or reset my password?

How to log into your account:

  • Fill out your email address and click on either Log in with password or Log in with SSO (if your company has enabled SSO). 

 

  • After clicking on either option listed above, we will send you an email allowing you to log in. From there, you have two possibilities.

  • If you click Log in with password, we will send you an email where you can log into your account or use the 6 digit magic code to log in. 

 

  • Once you've added the 6 digit magic code and click Verify email, you can log into your workspace. Note, if you have access to more than one workspace, they will be presented here for you to log into. 

 

Or:

  • You can click the Log in to Cheqroom button on the email that you received. 

 

  • Next, choose the workspace to log into. 


  • From here you can log in with your password and click Login. If you don't remember your password, click "Forgot password" and we will email you a link to Reset password

 

 

  • After clicking Reset password, you will receive an email containing a secure link to create a new password. If the email doesn't appear in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder. If it’s still missing, we recommend reaching out to your IT team, as your company's security filters may be blocking the automated message.

 

  • After clicking the Rest your password link in your email, you will be able to create a New password and then Change password
