FAQ: If I enable a Work Order trial, will end users be able to see it?

Yes, by default. Once enabled, Work Orders will be visible to users in the workspace. If you'd like to limit visibility — for example, keeping Work Orders admin- or staff-only during the trial — you can do this by going to Work Order types and adjusting role visibility so end users don't see them.
