Item Report: Bulk Item Utilization

A report to quickly summarize availability of your bulk items and consumables

Important: Bulk Item Utilization is available for plans with reports and bulk items enabled. For questions about your plan, please contact support@cheqroom.com 

Overview 

The Bulk Item Utilization report gives an overview of a workspace's bulk items and their current availability. Use this report to monitor stock levels and plan for re-stock. The report includes: 

  • Bulk item name and photo 
  • Current available quantity: Amount of bulk item not current checked out
  • Total quantity: Total amount
  • Last modified date: Most recent date the item information was updated. This includes item details and item quantity. This date is not inclusive of booking activity.

 

Add a filter by selecting "Edit filters". 

Group the report by using the "Group by" filter.
