Item Report: Utilization in Reservations

This report shows you an overview of your items and their reservation information for a given period.

Enabling the Reporting add-on

• Click Settings in the bottom left corner of your screen

• Click Add-ons

• Scroll down to Reporting

• Make sure it's activated

Using your Item: Utilizations in Reservations report

• Go to Reports

• Search and Choose Utilization in Reservations

• Select the timeframe by clicking on the date in the top-right corner:

• Add extra filters by clicking on 'Add filter':

• Or group by custom fields:

• Choose Actions to Print or Export your report in the top-right corner:

💡 Tip: The utilization column calculates the percentage of days your item was reserved in comparison to the selected timeframe
