Item Report: Utilization in Reservations

Have a quick overview of your items' reservation information

This report shows you an overview of your items and their reservation information for a given period.

Enabling the Reporting add-on

  • Navigate to Settings in the bottom left corner of your screen and click Add-ons.

 

  • Make sure Reporting is activated.

 

 

Using your Item: Utilizations in Reservations report

  • Navigate to Reports and choose Item utilization in reservations.

 

  • Select the timeframe by clicking on the date in the top-right corner.

 

  • Add extra filters by clicking Edit filters. 

 

  • Or group by custom fields.

 

  • Choose Actions to Print or Export your report in the top-right corner.

 

 

💡 Tip: The utilization column calculates the percentage of days your item was reserved in comparison to the selected timeframe.
