Kit Report: Utilization in Check-outs

How to Generate and Customize Your Kit Utilization Report

This report shows you an overview of your kits and their check-out information for a given period.

  • Click Settings in the bottom left corner of your screen

  • Click Add-ons

  • Scroll down to Reporting

  • Make sure it's activated

Using your Kit: Check-out summary report

  • Go to Reports

  • Search and Select Utilization in Check-outs for Kits

  • Select the timeframe by clicking on the date in the top-right corner:

  • Add extra filters by clicking on Edit Filters icon:

  • Click on Actions to Print or Export your report in the top-right corner:



💡 Tip: The utilization column calculates the percentage of days your item was checked out in comparison to the selected timeframe
