Maintenance Management Template - Overview
Track repairs, servicing, and replacement work for your equipment in one place, with the full history attached to the asset itself.
What it's for
The Maintenance Management template is built for tracking repair and replacement work on your gear - the kind of thing that used to live in a spreadsheet or someone's inbox. Use it to log what's wrong, assign who's fixing it, and keep a record tied to the item.
System Defaults
- Defaults: Location, Description
- Can reference: Items, Kits
- Priority levels: High, Medium, Low (Low is the default)

Customizing it

Getting started
Once your workspace has opted in to the Work Order trial, this template appears automatically in your account. See How to Submit a Maintenance Request for step-by-step instructions, or Managing Operations Request Status and Workflow for how requests move from Draft to Closed.
