Viewing Real-Time Availability and Status of Your Items
This report gives you an overview of the current state of your items. That's the perfect report to see which items are in custody, flagged, checked out, in maintenance, or simply unavailable.

Go to Reports

Search Choose Current State for items

Select if you prefer to see the items based on their category or locations

Add extra filters by clicking on Edit filters icon:

Click on Actions to Print or Export your report in the top-right corner:
