Reservation Report: Busiest times

Have a quick overview of when the most reservations take place

During some hours of the day, it can get a bit more hectic around the equipment room than usual. And when working as an equipment manager, it might be useful to see when your busiest times are. This will allow you to get some extra help or make sure you're at or near the equipment room around those times.

  • Click Settings in the bottom left corner of your screen

  • Click Add-ons

  • Scroll down to Reporting

  • Make sure it's activated

Using your Reservation: Busiest times report

  • Go to Reports

  • Go to the Reservation section

  • Choose Busiest times

  • Select the timeframe by clicking on the date in the top-right corner:

 

  • Add extra filters to your report by clicking on the '+ Add filter' icon:

 

  • Choose to Print or Export your report in the top-right corner:
