- No. VAT equals to 0%

- Yes. You’ll find a clear indication of the VAT at the bottom of the invoice provided by Cheqroom.
- I am a customer based outside the European Union. Do I have to indicate my VAT number when signing a contract with Cheqroom.
- No. Although for any Net payment, Cheqroom will require it internally for the contract.
Subscription in Belgium
- I am a customer based in Belgium. Do I pay the VAT?
- Yes. VAT in Belgium for services equals to 21%
- I am a new Cheqroom customer. What do I do with my VAT number?
- Simply submit it in Cheqroom and it will appear in your invoice. In this way, you will have no further issues in your tax declaration.
