Is your RFID scanner not connecting to Cheqroom? Here's a quick guide to getting it up and running.
- Check Bluetooth Connection: Ensure your scanner is properly paired via Bluetooth. Go to your device's settings to confirm it's connected, or try un-pairing and re-pairing it.
- Update the Cheqroom App: Make sure you're running the latest version of the Cheqroom app. Software updates often include bug fixes and improvements for hardware compatibility.
- Restart Everything: The classic tech support advice works for a reason! Try restarting both your mobile device and the RFID scanner. This can clear up temporary glitches and re-establish a stable connection.
