Unable to add reference name for custom label

Currently DYMO Connect doesn't allow you to specify the reference name when creating a custom label.

Please contact us if you need any help with your custom labels.

Unsupported DYMO Connect label

This error occurs when trying to print a label that was created with the new DYMO Connect software on a computer which has DYMO Label Service installed on it.

To resolve this issue:

Remove DYMO Label Software and install DYMO Connect
