FAQ: What happens when a request that needs approval is denied?

If a request that needs approval is denied for any reason, the reservation goes back to draft and the requester is notified to fix and resubmit. In the meantime, denied requests go back to a “draft” status, so other users could add that equipment to their requests until the denied request is edited and re-submitted.
