I requested access to the Approvals Beta Group, now what?

Approvals Beta is an opt-in program for eligible customers on Business Admin or Enterprise Admin plans. After you submit the Beta request form, Cheqroom will review your request and contact you about next steps. The first 20 complete, eligible forms get into the Beta Group The first wave is limited, so eligible applicants may be placed on a waitlist if the wave is full.

Beta timeline

1. Request access. Submit the form by November 6.
2. Get selected. We confirm your spot. Estimated start is week of November 9.
3. Test your setup. A Cheqroom integration specialist maps your approvers, items, and rules in a test site. Your team reviews it and confirms it's ready. Estimated week of November 16.
4. Go live and share feedback. We move your approved setup to your live workspace. Your approval workflow is ready for requests. Estimated weeks of November 23 and November 30.

During the beta, Cheqroom configures the workflow with you. It is not a self-service setting yet.
